We had an amazing stay in this stunning oasis! The location offered endless possibilities, from hiking and chasing waterfalls to swimming in the river and lounging by the crystal-clear pool. The host was so very welcoming and friendly, speaking excellent English (and French). The place was very well equipped, everything you need, clean and comfortable. Such wonderful peace and quiet with a pool exclusively for our use. Lovely village setting with great views, within walking distance to a small shop and with friendly locals. What a hidden gem! We arrived by motorbike in the rain, our host kindly allowed us use of the garage. Prior to our arrival we were given excellent directions to the property and further information about the security codes for entry. All instructions clear and concise. We loved our short stay and wish we had stayed longer.

We stayed as a family, it was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the nature and with great hosts. The pool and trampoline was really nice, especially the trampoline for our daughter. Our accommodation was nicely decorated, clean and ideal for our stay. The owners made the stay very special and memorable, we enjoyed eating warm figs straight from the trees in their orchard. They also went out of their way to help us as we did not have a car. If you are looking for a beautiful, friendly and peaceful place to relax in the Portuguese countryside then this is definitely the spot.
