We arrived at night. The reception staff was pleasant. The accommodation was pleasant, clean, cozy. The breakfast was buffet style. There was plenty of choice for vegetarians and gluten-free people. This hotel definitely deserves more stars.

Very nice staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Water dispenser on each floor very appreciated. Close to a shopping mall and supermarkets (Pingo Doce is pleasent to eat in). City easily accessible thanks to the close metro station.

We had an early morning flight out of Porto and opted to stay at an airport hotel. What a pleasure to stay at this establishment. I asked if we could leave our luggage there safely before our check-in time, and they were happy to do so. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The hotel does not serve dinner but gave us a list of nearby restaurants to try. We didn't book breakfast as we would leave early. The wonderful man at reception gave us some lovely, fresh pastries before we left, which my daughter and I devoured while waiting in line at the airport! Delicious!! Thank you for this kind gesture! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and a great shower, too. The airport is just a short walk away. We had a great stay, thank you!
