We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation had a lovely local vibe that made us feel right at home. It's located in a charming little village, spacious and well-equipped, and strategically placed for exploring different parts of the island. We could use the aircon for heating, worked perfectly, which was a big plus. The host was incredibly kind and attentive—always available if we needed anything. You can tell a lot of care went into setting up the place, from the thoughtful interior to the small details like the dark towels provided specifically for use at the thermal baths. We had everything we needed, and it was clear that our comfort was a priority. Highly recommended! Trailhead of one of the best hikes (which goes to Lagoa do Fogo) was very close.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The ocean view from my room was breathtaking, and the sound of the waves made it so relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly designed for unwinding. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the restaurant served delicious food with stunning views. Being just steps from the beach was a huge bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a peaceful coastal getaway!

A very good hotel for the price-quality ratio. It has a parking lot, and the pleasant staff helps with everything. There is a swimming pool that is cleaned daily. The beach is a 1-minute walk away, and Ponta Delgada is a 20-minute drive by car. The breakfast is monotonous, but it was suitable for me. The room is cleaned every day, has air conditioning, and a balcony. Nearby, there is a beach bar to watch football matches on TV.

Very good communication in advance of my stay. Located in the middle of the island, about 1/2 an hour's drive away from the airport, a logistically convenient starting point for all excursion on the island. Secure and free parking places at the port about 500m away. Freshly converted guest house with around 6 rooms in the middle of the town. Everything is functional and very tastefully decorated. Perfect fast WiFi, sockets, AC, small fridge, open wardrobe and great shower. Had quiet room facing the inner court. Nice pool, but didn't use it. Breakfast of very good quality and quantity. Different types of rolls, toast, croissants, local cheese, coffee tabs from Nestle, egg dishes upon request. I loved Maria's omelet ;-) Overall, an incredibly friendly, warm and communicative young lady, I enjoyed the time and conversations with her! PQR very good.

Great Location - easy to use as a homebase to get around the island. A few nice simple restaurants close by. Two cozy beaches close by. We had the en-suite room, everything was clean and comfortable. Kitchen is shared but guests seem to use it just to prepare breakfast and the odd dinners. A very quite and calm place. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a truly wonderful place! Lovely hosts, delicious breakfasts, and great location, right by the ocean. I couldn't wait to open the window curtains every morning just to enjoy that gorgeous view right from my bed. The homemade breakfast was great and with that breathtaking views of the sea from the terrace it tasted even better. I'm still dreaming about that warm homemade scones with pineapple jam! I would love to come back one day :)

This is a great location to use as a base camp for exploring...

This is a great location to use as a base camp for exploring the island. There was a lot of space, a well equipped kitchen, and the host was very nice, helpful and proactive. The grocery store is 5 minutes away (by car), and you can easily walk to it as well.
