We arrived at night and had a smooth check-in! It felt 200% safe! The room had everything we needed — no smell at all, very clean and comfortable. The accommodation is in a very central location: restaurants, bars and cafés are just a short walk away. The neighborhood is safe. There is parking in front of the property. The host is great, he was very helpful and responded quickly. Communication was very good. We booked the standard room: it's even nicer in real life than in the pictures. It was very clean, the bathroom is nicely designed and the bed is very comfortable. I have nothing to complain about and recommend this accommodation :)!
