Very nice hotel hidden in what seems to be a residential area. Beautiful place, nicely decorated, great bar, friendly staff. Room was surprisingly large, very clean, very comfy. Clear recommendation.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Place San Juan! The facilities were excellent - everything was super clean, and comfortable. The absolute highlight of our stay was the staff! Every single person that we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. They really went out of their way to ensure that we felt welcome and well taken care of. Their warmth and professionalism really set the Hyatt apart. I would absolutely return and recommend the Hyatt to anyone looking for great facilities paired with outstanding service.
