This was our first time at this hotel. The hotel is very quiet, clean, in a perfect location near the spa promenade. Lunches and dinners served in the form of buffets are excellent, the food is very tasty and constantly replenished. The hotel staff - receptionist, maids and restaurant staff are very nice, helpful, caring and meticulous. Parking is in a closed hotel parking lot. The rooms are pleasantly furnished, cleaned daily, the beds are comfortable. The wellness area is right in the hotel, the pool, jacuzzi and sauna are perfect. We were very satisfied. We will definitely come again for a longer stay.

Amazing buffet meals and fabulous service in the kitchen! (It forced me to reconsider my opinion about Polish cuisine!) Nice Skywalk and quite a chip (compared with the similar Skywalks in the Czech Republic) A lot of opportunities to walk and check out nice suedette architecture in most of the buildings in the center of Świeradów-Zdrój Small but very nice aquapark

Location it’s great, up the hill, very close to the town center. Hotel is very good looking, elegant. Apartments are spacious and well equipped. Private sauna is great. Staff was very helpful. Best thing is that, this hotel is truly pets friendly - almost every part is accessible with dogs.

Just a city for old people (which happens to be mostly Germans) which happens to have nice mountains next to it. You can ski there but there is not really lots of roads (?). BUT you can hike there and there is number of nice (pretty easy) trails ready for an easy weekend trip in the mountains.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was in perfect order. Additionally, I would like to highlight the hotel manager, who was exceptionally helpful and professional in resolving a minor issue with the room. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this accommodation to others.

Rekommendations for People with targeted treatment.You need to stay only in certain hotels.This also applies to making an appointment for radon baths.It is not possible for vacationers even with a medical history to get there.Termaly springs are provided only for drinking .All pools everywhere with ordinary water

Nice little mountain spa area mostly for health tourists...

Nice little mountain spa area mostly for health tourists within Poland but also from the neighbouring area. The main street is short and there are not a lot of services outside the hotels, but you do get the basic food, cafe and grocery shopping done. The nearby Skywalk is pretty great experience and worth the somewhat expensive price.

Great city, a lot of restaurants with fantastic food. City is very clean and taken care. Tourist attraction which is Sky Walk tower worth a visit, despite the fact that ticket prices are not the cheapest. I loved a picturesque Kwisa river flowing through the area.

A very pretty town with lots of historic buildings, many of...

A very pretty town with lots of historic buildings, many of which have been renovated in recent years. The park and pump rooms are well maintained and are quite charming, set in a pedestrian precinct. Parking is available nearby, but may be limited in busier times. There are quite a few reasonably-priced restaurants catering to all tastes, including international and vegetarian cuisines. There are plenty of options for outdoor pursuits such as walking and cycling on well-marked trails, and winter sports (we visited in autumn so can't say what the skiing facilities are like). The gondola will take you up to the top of the mountain if you don't want to walk, and there is a viewing platform if you don't want to take the gondola all the way to the top.

Booking a Studio for staying with a toddler was a perfect choice as it had a separate sitting room and a bedroom, so lots of space for all the family. Unlimited access to swimming pools and Aquapark was the main reason we selected this hotel. Breakfasts were highly diverse and nourishing! Awesome mountain view. Kids zone available.
