Location was excellent, so near the main square and a lovely park across from it. Reception area was nice and staff were very good. Bed was comfy, Still and sparking water available at reaction 24/7 which I loved. Nice little bar there if you want to rest for a drink. Really enjoyed this hotel and the location

I got transfered to Zinar Castle becauce of the renovation in Forest Hotel. Zinar Castle is amazing piece of history and the rooms are renovated super well. Views from the balcony and from breakfast room are simply amazing. Staff noted my dog and cared about our stay utterly well. They even brough dog bed to the room.

It is really close to the center just 8 minutes by walking. Has a big supermarket in the corner and the river three minutes walk. The staff were all amazing and explained what was closed and open during Xmas time. Breakfast was great and had a lot of option. Rooms were spot clean and new. I would stay there again.

I compare this hotel to the other nearby 4-star hotels in this location, and I think it's better. It offers everything you can expect from a 4-star hotel plus modern features like hdmi input in the bed so that you can cast your phone or tablet directly to TV if you have a cable. This is the first time I see something like this in a hotel and I greatly appreciate the modern approach, I wish more hotels were like this. I will come back here for sure.
