The hotel has a great location, only 2 minutes away from the tram and 7 minutes from the train station. Everything in the hotel seems brand new. The room was very spacious and sparkling clean. The bathroom has an amazing shower. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious, I've never seen such a selection of food and beverages like that. Everything was so good.

Very near the centrum, quiet, peaceful and clean rooms. Modern bathroom, although the hair sryer could be bit updated but that didnt matter really. Room was very quiet even if it was near centrum. All the shopping abilities are very near, Supersam shopping centre is just 3mins away and Katowice Galeria is like 7mins away. Two Zabka-stores near.

Recently, I had the opportunity to stay at Best Western Hotel Mariacki in Katowice, and my experience was simply extraordinary. Location: The hotel is conveniently situated, easily accessible, and close to many of the city's attractions. This made exploring the surroundings easy and enjoyable. Room: I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room. Everything was spotless, providing a sense of comfort and security. Staff: The hotel staff were extremely kind and professional. They were always ready to help and answer any questions or needs I had. Restaurant: As a beer enthusiast, I had the distinct pleasure of enjoying the beers offered by the hotel's restaurant, which includes a mini-brewery on the ground floor. This unique feature added a special touch to my stay. A Gesture of Appreciation: I would like to extend a special thanks to the staff for a particularly considerate gesture. After leaving, I realized I had forgotten my phone charger in the room. The hotel team was incredibly kind, sending me the charger by mail.
