This place didn't inspire me. The room was adequate with reasonable linen and was clean but the whole place lacked character. The restaurant/eating area is a large room with a couple of tables scattered around - so ininviting that I didn't even have a drink let alone dinner. Staff were friendly but no-one spoke English so we had to communicate in German. The buffet breakfast was adequate but nothing to write home about.

The location was stunning, like stepping through into anaemia. Red squirrels and deer playing in the trees outside the apartment! And truly the most beautiful sunrises over the lake that you could imagine. The apartment was very Well equipped and clean with the lovely addition of logs and matches for the wood burner. Underfloor heating was utterly luxurious and very welcome for our winter break
