Fantastic stay! The garden is beautiful, with a forest right behind it, and every part of the place—from the yard to the rooms—is decorated with such care. We arrived late, and the host had already lit a cozy fire in the fireplace waiting for us. Really charming experience!

Surrounding are so great with kids who have spent 10 hours in a car... there is a playground and an area to run. Staff was very patient with the kids. We also enjoyed the food from restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Beautiful hotel in a very quiet zone. Beautiful and clean big room. Breakfast is super with high quality food. Super comfortable beds. Free parking in the pretty courtyard. Very good value for money. It's like a four star hotel. Highly recommended and highly recommended the restaurant too. If you stay here, don't miss dinner at the hotel's restaurant which serves delicious meals. Great location, facing the river, for a quick walking visit over the old bridge to Gorlitz. Museum just along the road and many restaurants on the same stretch of road. Public parking is good and free at weekends. Restaurant staff were cheerful and helpful when checking in. Restaurant food was excellent in the evening, and breakfast was a pleasure. We stayed here purely so we could visit Gorlitz, Germany on foot. This hotel proved ideal for that. The floods throughout the area did cause the river to rise, but only affected the footpath along the riverbank.
