What an amazing place! Fantastic setting with interesting rustic buildings, a mini zoo and so much more. The hotel itself is nice and the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. An interesting and plentiful breakfast buffet. Very dog friendly and amazing value for money. You could expect to pay much more even in Poland.

Very nice place to stay, surrounded by the wild river where you can relax and observe rich wildlife. In the mornings we were being served wonderful, varied breakfasts.

Buffet breakfast was superb, wide array of choices and delicious! The whole staff were very hospitable, accommodating and extremely helpful. We stayed for 7 days and everyone treated me and my son like "family." Special mention to the front desk staff and manager, Izabela Buraczewska. We came from Canada and our trip to Bialystok was to see my Polish wnuk and celebrate his 3rd birthday. Isabela went out of her way in helping me order a custom-made cake for my grandson on short notice. The birthday celebration was a success and everyone enjoyed the cake from the cukiernia she recommended. Also, the dining staff were all great and did their best to communicate in English (particularly Vlad? - one of the male servers. Pardon me if I got his name wrong). The hotel's location is a stone's throw from the famous Lipowa Street and so accessible to all the beautiful places and attractions of the city. We will definitely stay again in this hotel the next time we visit Bialystok. More power to the management and staff!

The room was spacious, very functional bathroom with walk in shower, very comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast, very friendly, professional staff, even managed to use the sauna, not forgetting the excellent food at the informal restaurant and the own brewed beer! Hope I can come back !
