The hospitality and the beauty of the place. The apartment is very comfortable, modern, and well-furnished. The warm welcome and helpfulness of Irfan and the entire staff were truly exceptional, and the outdoor breakfast was delicious with a beautiful view.

Amazing experience, beautiful and clean rooms, well maintained property and the staff was really nice and helpful. Loved the architecture of the building, gave an experience of real culture. The best thing is it's right across the airport, and they provide free shuttle services.

The staff were incredibly welcoming — not just polite, but genuinely kind. They were always ready with a cup of chai, local stories, or travel tips that made exploring Skardu even more meaningful.
