This hotel is a hidden gem in Karachi. It exceeded my expectations in every possible way. Such an artistic place. Misss Kashaf was there to help us settle easily. She gave me a free room upgrade upon learning I am coming to the hotel with my newly wed bride. And the room was sumptuous. The bathrooms there are state of the art. The breakfast and food was so delicious. I could visit the hotel just to have food there. All in all, a lovely & peaceful stay. Highly Recommended.

I had an amazing stay! The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and they even accommodated my early check-in request, which I truly appreciated. I always choose to stay here whenever I visit Karachi, Pakistan, and for good reason. The staff is exceptionally helpful and available around the clock, ensuring a seamless experience. Our family stay with two little kids was incredibly comfortable. The Staff went above and behind delivering exceptional service by promptly responding to any request with just a single call there exceptional commendation and attention ensured that every need was met creating a homely atmosphere throughout our stay I wouldn't hesitate to considered returning here if the situation calls for it

The service at this hotel is particularly commendable. The front desk staff assisted me in resolving a variety of issues, such as not carrying enough cash, not having a local contact in Pakistan, and not knowing where to find quality bookstores, among others. The staff's attitude was exceptionally positive. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!
