The location is perfect.1 minute walk from Food st in saddar. It was very clean had room for 3 people and the shower had hot running water with a uk commode style loo. It cost me approx £6 a night which was brilliant for me 2400 pak rupees. Loads to eat and do within walking distance. Highly recommended. Also the staff were really very nice and helpful. I have uploaded 2 photos of them really nice guys and ever so helpful. If u are the owner 0f this hotel please give them a pay rise as they deserve it

Tayyaba at the front is a super star. She makes sure that the guests are checked in and looked after properly. I arrived well before check in time. Tayyaba not only made sure that the room is made ready immediately but also made sure that I am comfortable and well looked after while i waited. Through out the stay Tayyaba and her team made sure that my stay goes exceptionally well. Habiba at customer service is another example of going over and beyond to exceed customer expectations through timely service whether it's the car service or any other facilitation. Overall PC Pindi should be super proud of their team and especially of these exceptionally talented and motivated women that are elevating the PC brand every day.

The hotel had everything that I was looking for, from courteous staff to neat and clean rooms with minibar. I could conveniently make my own tea even late at night although the staff was also present 24 hours at the reception. I will definitely stay again. Oh and the breakfast was good with multiple options to choose from.

We had chance to stay 2 nights, hzband wife and 3 kids. It was a very lovely and pleasant experience. Staff is very respectful. I dont remember if we had listened "No" from staff. Even, we kept calling staff at night to heat the kids milk bottles. We were personally feeling that it is not good to cal again and again but they were never late attending us. They gave us perception that we are happy to serve u. Even we ordered food from outside and called them to warm it, they presented it nicely with plates, forks spoons etc. We once asked for typical desi kahwa thought they will not be able to prepare but they provided us also. In the breakfast, my kids asked them half boiled eggs, omelettes bread jam, they kept on providing. Beds are comfortable, we stayed in winter and enjoyed warm water. Regarding the restaurant menu, we felt expensive so we didnot tried any dish. But the good thing, staff guided us nearby restaurants and we ordered online and staff helped us make it warm and presented nicely as mentioned earlier. As a summary, our experience was very pleasant with them. This was our first time staying a hotel in islamabad but honestly we enjoyed alot. We recommend this hotel to any readers here. That was all for the hotel. Now for the readers, i would recommend u make booking online from authentic site and keep in touch with the hotel. The price at the desk is far above than that we get online. I booked kind size room with 2 king beds which was expensive on desk. I used deal on booking.com and got discount which is not worth mention here.
