We had a suite which is a spacious room with a nice bathroom. The bathtub was nice after a rainy day with a full day trip to the underground river. The pool and the pool bar at the 5th floor and the restaurant are also good facilities and the location next to the shopping mall and supermarket does, that even though we had heavy rain most of the time we weren’t stuck in the room. Small fitness center at the 4th floor.

The location is a little remote, but that makes it better… I arrived much later than expected and the night staff was lovely, and showed me to my room - which felt like a full comfort treehouse. The walk to the restaurant, after sunset, takes a magical appearance, with small warm lights hanging in the mangroves.

The manager and stuff make you feel very warm and welcome. Super helpful even with the transport to the airport or suggestions to the best nearby restaurants. Or they sit with you and are happy to chat away to learn from each other. I will definitely go back when I am in town. ❤️

The property was exactly as the photos showed. It was all very clean, the restaurant was beautiful and the staff were wonderful - so friendly and happy to help. The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable and the pool was fantastic!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a lovely pool and lounge area. The breakfast had great variety and was very nice, they also served dinner there. It is a walking distance from the main shopping mall, and it is not very far from the airport.
