When we arrived near 5pm, the keeper told us the hotel was not in operation. No electricity, the room was wet because of heavy rain. We asked whether we could stay one night for we have paid thru yhe Web. The amswer was no, because the room was wet. There was nothing we could do but left. We have spent 250 peso to the tricycle cab and had to find another hotel !Make sure and check clearly whether the hotel is in operation or not, or you did pay and without accommodation! It costs a lot of time, money and disappointment. In the next morning, we employed a motorcycle to go to the beach again, and found the Sogno de Mare hotel was just nearby! We missed the chance to spend a night there, to hear the roaring of waves, to see the hundering noise of heavy waves ! If the hotel were in operation, it would deserve the price. Please check with Booking.com to make sure, or the payment couldn't be returned or refund ! We do not know whether the booking.com would take heed of my need, or listen to my complaint? If not, it has been two, to three times that disappointed me, especially in a hotel in Baguio, Wanay Rocky homestay, the road was extremely dangerous and the view was so ordinary, with steel bars and cement posts everywhere instead of pine trees. Don't go, for the road leading to the so-called Wanay homestay was too dangerous, steep and slippery! It could be misleading by some comments given. There have been many illegal construction along the hill of Baguio, with trees cutting, and constructing squatters everywhere.

Nice and clean hotel, the best bed we have had in the Philippines! 😁 good food at the rooftop, nice staff and they provided roomservice when we asked for it. Would apprechiate a simple rod with hangers for clothes and tv chanels or something on the tv(if not there is no point to have a tv). But it was very a comfortable stay. A window would also be nice! Dont get why they chose not to have windows but its ok for a night. Note that they dont have an elevator, we didnt mind, but some people might.

The property was well-lit, and the triple room featured a larger-than-average fridge, which was a welcome convenience. I appreciated the water dispenser that allowed guests to refill their bottles. However, I found it unusual that the room had a kettle and cups but no coffee provided. While I could have requested coffee from the staff, this wasn’t a major issue since the breakfast buffet served excellent coffee. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and although the breakfast selection was modest, the quality of the food was commendable—particularly the daing na bangus. It would have been a nice touch to include Vigan longganisa on the menu, given the location. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. I’ve stayed at five-star hotels, but the level of training and attention to detail exhibited by the staff here was remarkable. They remembered my name and room number, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were consistently polite, well-mannered, and attentive. Special thanks to Spens, Scott, and Sean for making my stay memorable. When Sean noticed I had a lot of luggage, he kindly arranged for Scott to assist me and even provided a complimentary ride to the Partas bus terminal. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vigan!
