We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was very clean and we really appreciated that we could leave our luggage at the hotel for free before going to our Balabac tour. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and great service!

The best hospitality received in the Philippine's. Customer service is great. A lot of additional services provided. Rooms are modern. Breakfast is also good. I got a free transfer to the airport from the airport. Quite peaceful and relaxing.

The room is spacious and bright, very well equipped, with a solid door and thick windows. The furniture also seems to be made to last. The frame of the comfortable bed, for example, is made of solid concrete. There's guaranteed no wobbling or shaking :-) Probably it may be better to not choose a room that is right beside the water bar. In our case we were "sound" directly from the loudspeaker. However, the bartender immediately turned down the volume once requested. The bathroom is a dream and the design exceptional. We had the version with the bathtub (plus an additional shower). The water heater works excellently. However, one should strictly follow the instructions (set power to "P4"). Otherwise the fuse will blow up. But if you have any questions, the friendly staff will help for sure. The pool has a good size and is clean. Here, too, a lot of attention to detail was obviously put into the design. It reminds me a bit of a Roman bath sometimes seen in movies (in a positive sense).

The location is phenomenal, views are beautiful, very serene. All the accommodation is spacious with balconies, amazing views and hammocks. Staff were very attentive, made arranging travel and trips incredibly easy and always on hand with water.

The most important things to do here its the underground...

The most important things to do here its the underground river located in a cave about 2h drive away from the hotel by van to the National park. Also its nice to travel down the south for Balabac but I personally picked North up to El Nido for more Island Hoppings.

Need to have more efficient traffic management during peak hours. The LGU should improve, sustain and maintain infrastructure esp the port and the walkway.. When we went to the port to buy streetfood the stalls are sitting in rough ground and very muddy after rain. It is not good to see for visitors to walk around and wondering where tourism tax are spent for? More people will have a fruitful stay in the city if the place is worth staying for few more days befire heading to E Nido and other popular places..

We did the underground river tour.

We did the underground river tour. It was rainy but still worth it. It was one of the most unique experience for us to see how the river caves formed and all the different stalagtites and stalagmites formation Other attractions we would probably like to see is Honda Bay.

We didnt spend a lot of time in the Puerto itself sadly, given our resort was 90 minutes away but we made a couple of day trips and Puerto seems more relaxed & laid back than most cities in the Philippines with plenty of activities.

Worst public ride rates, not regulated, mostly a rip-off. The streets are unsafe with so many potholes, no street cleaners to keep the dust away. I appreciate the vehicles stopping when a person crosses the street.

The only point of living in this town is to take a tour of the underground river. The city itself is not made for people, and especially not for tourists. The only tourist street is Rizal Street, there are a few nice restaurants there, and that's it - there is nothing else to do in the city, nowhere to walk.

We loved everything. Wouldn’t really come back to Puerto princesa but if I had to I would definitely come back to this hotel. I’d like to point out the staff, that were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the security guards to the service staff. I’m not sure if I have ever felt more welcomed then in this hotel. everything is super clean there was really nothing to complain about!

Room was very big, with a separate living area. The hotel has a nice garden and once the swimming pool is completed it will be amazing. Staff is very nice. Internet was strong but it goes off when there is a power cut (which is common in Puerto Princesa) and the hotel does not have a generator. I would say it is a great value for money place.

The best hotel we had in puerto princesa. Staff was super friendly and the place was beautiful. Private pool was nice and cozy. Our room was small but it had all we needed. Room was clean and bed was great! Can 100% recommend this hotel if you want to stay close to the airport and center but still have your own peace.
