The villas, the experience, and the hosts Carl and P.Y. are absolutely amazing! Very quiet and very well designed boutique resort. I would 100% recommend. We visited several beaches during our stay, and Nacpan beach/twin beach (5 mins away in moped) was our favorite one. Waking up to the most gorgeous sunrises over the rice fields with some fresh hot coffee and pancakes/smoothie bowls made by the hosts was an amazing way to start the day.

The whole place is being RENOVATED and is just beautiful! I have totally new, well smelling, silent and clean room. Everything was shining! Towels smelled like most angelic Philippine flowers I haven’t seen before. Apartment was only 10 min walk from the centre of El Nido in a silent location. Beach was very close. Well, location can be reviewed as perfect according to the description and expectations. There was also nice bar/ restaurant for good food, breakfast or just coffee. The lady on reception was also very kind and helpful. Very nice place to stay :) And even though there was a noise from renovation I won’t give it lower review, because if it means your rooms will be beautiful as well, I am happy for youuu :)

Just 1 or 2 mins walk and you can enjoy the extraordinary view of the beach, it's really convenient. The design of the hollow space in the middle of the hotel building is special, and the view outside the window is also great. We happened to stay during the period from 11/24 to 11/26, the local cultural festival, the hotel thoughtfully invited us to join and provided us with earplugs to help us sleep. We really have a great time there.

Stayed at this hotel and was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment we arrived, it became clear that the facilities were even better than what the pictures show online. The hotel has an elegant boutique atmosphere that perfectly complements the stunning Lio Beach location.What truly set this stay apart, however, was the incredible service. Everything. The staff here were great, very friendly and very helpful, they went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as they could. The newly built rooms were beautifully designed. The facilities were also excellent, free scooter which was so handy, the pool was clean and a nice choice of breakfast and coffee every morning. We originally booked for 2 nights and stayed for 7 we were so happy with the accommodation. Its nicely situated between El Nido town and Lio beach. And let's not forget the free daily in-room massage, perfect after a long day out island hopping or the free access to the gym. Highly recommended.

Everything. The staff here were great, very friendly and very helpful, they went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as they could. The newly built rooms were beautifully designed. The facilities were also excellent, free scooter which was so handy, the pool was clean and a nice choice of breakfast and coffee every morning. We originally booked for 2 nights and stayed for 7 we were so happy with the accommodation. Its nicely situated between El Nido town and Lio beach.
