The hosts were really friendly and so helpful with tours and everything. Additionally they helped with transportation, which was so nice. Rooms were nice with daily cleaning and new towels. Aircondition was also great. We were also supplied clean water and access to coffee for free.

This was by far the best accommodation we had during our 28 days in the Philippines. We were told by a few travellers we met that El Nido can be quite noisy at night time so we opted for Serenity hotel which was located in a small village just 10-15mn walk from El Nido itself. We were not disappointed!! It was the perfect location and the perfect hotel for us. Our stay was just exceptional! Our room was very big, very comfortable, had everything we needed, was super clean and was perfect for relaxing. The staff was lovely, caring and super helpful and can arrange everything for you. To summarize, we had an amazing stay and would recommend Serenity hotel without a doubt.

Definitely, the best accommodation I've been to in Palawan. Exceeded expectations. Everything very clean, comfortable and organised. Great Staff and very helpful owners. The level of accommodation is well above the Asian standard. I would definitely stay here again, it's a special place. The food from the restaurant accompanies the level of accommodation. Delicious food, very well presented and fresh. Thank you very much.

The place where is located is just amazing. The views are espectacular and the environment very peaceful and quiet. The food served there has many options, we just tried the local dishes but they were so yummy and savory. Also the crew has been very helpful during our stay, they were very welcoming and informative. We would highly recommend this place.

1. Beautiful room and surroundings. Thr room is spacious and clean, with a calm energy. Its also just a shirt walk to the beach which is wide and peaceful. 2. The room was large and comfortable, very clean and with everything we needed. Staff very helpful and accommodating, polite and friendly. Location - wow! We love peace and quiet and that is what we got. A short walk across the first village beach to Nacpan beach - 2.5 miles of sand and sea - a few great beach bars and restaurants- try Nacpan Beach Grill - and bliss. Peace. A few tourists but mostly an empty beach. Lovely local village for convenience stores and a pharmacy but 45 minutes from the hustle and bustle of El Nido. Don’t come here for nightlife- we came for peace and quiet and a beautiful beach - didn’t need shoes for a week. Hotel is still establishing but nothing disturbed us. We would definitely return.
