Had a lovely stay at this beachfront hotel. The room was very spacious, with a beautiful pool view, and the bathroom was equally roomy and well-designed. Breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. The location is fantastic—close to plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops, with tuk-tuks readily available. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Tip: go for a high-floor room on the left side—this gives you the best of both worlds: sunrise views from your doorway and a stunning sunset sky from your balcony.

Blue Planet Hotel in Panglao was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and friendly service provided by the staff. The hotel is located just a few steps away from the beach, providing stunning views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Very clean and large rooms. Aircons worked really well. Breakfast was big and of good quality, especially the French breakfast. Walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and bars. Staff and owners are very accommodating. We really liked the place and would stay there again.

totally clean, multiple towels, great size of the room. you can find a pool and gym. quiet location with a fine garden, 10 minutes by tuktuk to the crowded area around McDonalds. we tried also some dishes, all were tasty. easy access to do the Balicasag tour.

We have not maximized our Panglao trip but since we rented an Oceanview room, we get all the sea energy we needed haha. Virgin Island was also close during our stay so we have to come back for that some other time. Beach in general is perfect especially Alona Beach side.

Panglao was nice and we did some great scuba diving (highly recommend Sierra Madre Divers - Cynthia was the best dive guide!) from here but I think there are much nicer islands/places to visit for other activities. In all fairness, our 2nd tour of the island got canceled due to weather so we ran out of time to see more of the island.

I like the people of Panglao and the places.

I like the people of Panglao and the places. We feel at home away from real home.Feeling of confident walking in the roads and markets.Specially the beaches..My family love the Alona ambiance.And been to Moadto Strip which has a nice free beach.And for our transportation we always book for Romelle and Edzel recommended by Nilo the property manager.

Bohol is an incredibly beautiful destination, and I would love to come back and explore more of what it has to offer. It's not just the stunning beaches — the hills, mountains, and natural scenery are equally breathtaking. Unfortunately, our stay was quite short, and the inclement weather limited our plans even more. We didn’t get to fully experience everything, but what we saw left a lasting impression. We’re definitely planning to return — there's so much more to discover in this amazing place.

It's less crowded place compared to other popular islands in the Philippines, that makes it more relaxing. Snorkling at napaling Reef was amazing. It's a must do. The mountainside tour is also recommended. ATV ride in the mud was the most enjoyable. We had a tour from panglao to oslob. It's almost 9 hours tour but mostly traveling. It's tiring and I would say it's not worth the 30mins swim with the whale shark. Panglao is very popular for diving. A lot of people come here to learn/ to do scuba dive. The reefs and the variety of sea life were amazing, we even saw sea turtles and sea snake. 😍

Loboc River Cruise is the highlight as is the lookout over the Chocolate Hills (great place for photos). The Bohol Bee Farm & Hinagdanan Cave are must see places as is Bohollywood out in the countryside. The road was bumpy in parts of Tagbiliran but saw them laying down new tar. Visited in 2017 & can see the place is booming & only going to be more popular

Their staff Joann was the nicest i have ever met at Bohol. She made our days at Bohol, helping us with booking of our countryside tour and island hopping tour. She was patient in answering all our questions and always asked for the best price for us, though we changed to another hotel for the rest of our stay. We still kept in touch and it made us so impressed that she treated us not just the guest but also the friends. HUGE THANKSSS. The resort was very quiet and 10 mins walk to the Alona beach. We would definitely revisit.

I booked this place for my friend who visited Bohol because I've always had an amazing experience with Natura Vista. My friend wasn't disappointed. As always the room was very clean, breakfast was lovely with wide variety of options, the staff super friendly, he enjoyed the whirlpool, the sunset on the beach, the cave..all for an affordable price. He sent me breath-taking photos. I will recommended more friends here!
