Fabulous little studios about 7/8 minute walk from the centre but just outside the hustle and bustle. The rooms were massive and absolutely spotless. There’s a pool with a bar and restaraunt on site, was brilliant if you just needed a chill out day you could stay there. We tried some food when we had just arrived and it was good. We had hot showers everyday. Staff were very helpful and super friendly.

Fantastic breakfast, Charles contacted us before arrival to help us arrange transport to the hostel from the airport, immaculate room. The hosts really could not have done more for us. When the room was cleaned we were blown away by how clean it was. Only a 10 minute walk into the main town area too.

We had a beautiful stay at sunset beach resort. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. The location is right on the foot step of the coral reef with amazing sunsets. The room is clean and has everything you need. Lola and Lourda are very helpful with booking tours and transport which was great aswell. Great spot to base yourself while exploring Cebu.

A must stay in Moalboal! Everything is clean, it’s super central and the staff is so helpful. Also has a salon that belongs to the hotel with good prices. The owner was so kind and helped me and my friend with transport to Cebu City. Overall would stay again.

Moalboal is such a cute town and we loved staying there.

Moalboal is such a cute town and we loved staying there. There are amazing restaurants at good price points with plenty of vegetarian options. The snorkeling is one of the best. The locals are friendly and bring that Filipino hospitality

Moalboal is an excellent place for water adventure seekers...

Moalboal is an excellent place for water adventure seekers and even for those who just want a get away from the chaos in the city. It's laid back and slow and its only 4-hour car ride from the airport.

I had lived in Moalboal before.

I had lived in Moalboal before. I was just back visiting a girlfriend. The Panagsama area, where the resort is located is great. Literally walked the entire area. Lots of different restaurants/bars. Plenty of different operators for activities, mostly sea related. It is a great area. I plan to move back next year.

Moalboal is a good and nice place to stay .

Moalboal is a good and nice place to stay . I highly recommend the place to both local and foreign tourists. But I can not recommend which resort to stay . Which resto to eat , etc since i have not been in all the restos , etc.My suggestion for the resorts owner to update their profile and pictures of their resorts to help tourist pick a place to stay.

Know what you are looking for before you come. Not for those seeking modern day comfort with big malls and cinemas, etc.. but suitable for those seeking adventure, thrills amidst the laid-back village/town setting with friendly people around. Place is very much affordable with the eats and drinks for tourists, although it may not be so for the locals...

Hidden gem ! Got to Moalboal early via bus then trike from Cebu. Staff allowed me to check-in earlier (free of charge). They can also organize a canyoneering tour at Kawasan falls for 2000 pesos per person (round trip from hostel, guide, gear and entrance fee) Large room + bathroom with good shower pressure & fairly new AC unit. Perfect/quiet location, 1 min walk from the main road (shops, restaurants). 5 min walk to the beach (sardine run)

Amazing hotel, literally 30 seconds from the beach where you can snorkel with turtles and see thousands of sardines. The hotel itself is very well kept and the room was exactly what we needed at an affordable price. we even extended another night here as we loved Moalboal so much! the staff were also really friendly. also only a five minute walk to the main strip of restaurants and bars.

Best dive resort in Moalboal/Panagsama Beach by far. Facilities are great, maximum level of comfortability for divers and to get to the centre. Diving centre as well as resort staff really helpful and attentive. Food quality in the restaurant could be improved and aligned with the amazing views of the spot.

A small but beautiful hotel. Rooms were lovely and spacious and the pool area was really nice - we didn’t have to fight for a space by the pool once! All the staff were very friendly too and it was a short walk from the beach and Main Street in Moalboal.

Big and clean apartment, owner is friendly and helpful, we had a great time here. It‘s located between panagsama and white beach and also close to moalboal town. You need to get a motorbike but there‘s a good rental right around the corner.
