Breakfast choices were really great, tasty and filling. -Giving you a really good start everyday. As well as dinner choices when we were staying in. The location of the Portofino Homestay, was amazing for us, as it's close to everything we wanted and not further away from anything than a joyful scooter drive won't bring you to. Not to mention the hosts help to make up a great family pool-party as well as the privacy we also could enjoy as a couple. Definitely coming here again! :D

Hidden gem we found driving around south leyte. Really hospitable and friendly people. We absolutely loved our stay. Secluded beach with glowing plankton at night. Bonus points for the complimentary coconuts.

The room was fantastic it had everything you needed and was super clean. The location was amazing. Waking up every morning and looking out across the bay was incredible. Chu and Larry were awesome and went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed assistance or to organise something. Portofino Homestay is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, Mareeya welcomed us with such kindness and care, making us feel at home right away. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from travel tips to delicious home-cooked meals. The homestay itself is peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect place to relax. It’s right by the beach, the room is big and comfortable, the shower is great and has hot water. Woke up seeing the sunrise from my bed! If you're looking for an authentic and welcoming experience in Leyte, this is the place to stay. Highly recommend!
