Incredibly friendly staff members, cosy room, we were satisfied with everything. They were very accommodating and prepared breakfast for us very early just because we had plans early in the morning. Food was okay. There are cats that make that place feel more like home.

It is a 3-minute walk from the whale shark tour place. The staff are so kind. The quality of facility management is very high Respond quickly to my demands It's beautiful. The free breakfast is very simple, but it's a special menu and it's very delicious There were ants, but after they were all removed with medicine, they could not be seen in the room. Making reservations from the USA for a resort half way around the world is a scary experience but I went off the booking score. It turned out that was a good decision as this was a small but lovely place to stay. The staff is very friendly and we did both scuba diving and snorkeling of the Whale Sharks which is a quick 15 minute drive. Their staff drove us around to restaurants and the various dives for no charge. One of the other tenants was making their first dives noted that at another resort they felt pressured and pushed by the diving instructor versus this staff took their time and made sure they felt comfortable under water. A great place to visit whether you're a seasoned diver or first attempt. Cheers!

The room was big, a fabulous bathroom, and a kettle which was much appreciated. It was cleaned every day, the beds and the pillows, very important for us at our age, were perfect. The view was awesome and the pool lived up to expectations. Amazing view and glorious sunsets and sunrises. The staff could not help enough, the food was good. We did not want to leave.
