We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive and always ready to help. We were especially impressed with the receptionist, Rence, whose warm attitude, professionalism and willingness to assist with all our requests and questions made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is of a very high standard - everything feels new or freshly renovated, clean, and well-maintained. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the port, which made getting around extremely convenient. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a perfect location!

Our stay at the Alon villa was absolutely perfect! The villa is situated in a beautiful, peaceful setting, ideal for relaxation and enjoying nature. Every morning, we started our day with a delightful breakfast outdoors, surrounded by greenery and birdsong – a true paradise for the soul. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to assist and make our stay as pleasant as possible. We especially appreciated that, since we didn’t have our own transportation, they provided us with the contact of a driver named Willy. He was truly the kindest driver ever – always available, smiling, and ready to take us wherever we needed to go, at any time of day or night. Since the villa is located away from the main road and tricycles couldn’t reach the property, Willy accompanied us to the villa every evening, ensuring we arrived safely. This level of care and attention truly impressed us. Overall, our stay at the villa was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be coming back! We highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect place to relax.

The rooms are gorgeous and the place is perfectly located in the centre of el nido. The staff is extremely welcoming. I can’t fault this place really. Highly recommend it for anyone staying in this part of the country.

No complaints during my stay at Capricho Villa. I'll start with the location which is essentially right near the beach. You can walk to the shore in about 30 seconds where you reach a beach thats relatively quiet and peaceful and a great place to watch the sunset. Even though not in the main town, there is still restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlours etc all walking distance. Nice to have all these options and not be in the hustle and bustle of the town all the time but transport options are quite readily available if you need to head into town. The Villa itself is amazing, especially the outdoor area where you have your own private dipping pool, an outdoor kitchen, a nice sitting area and an outdoor shower to rinse yourself if you're all sandy from the beach before going into your room. The bed is big and comfy, bathroom and shower is large and spacious. You also have a minibar which i helped myself to but you do have to pay for what you consume but it was quite reasonable for the convenience. It also has wifi which is handy as there's not much data reception in that specific area. Host Amelia checked me in and greeted me and was easy to talk to and very helpful. She sent me Whatsapp messages of useful locations near by which was really helpful. Checkout by Jho was quick and easy. If you want a more private escape with the luxury of a beautiful villa, beach and everything you need near by, then you can't go wrong here staying at Capricho Villa.

We loved Ursula Beach. The food, staff, accommodation, location, and activities were all fantastic. It is a quieter location, though this is why we picked to stay here. There was a fantastic variety of food and drinks - we stayed a week and still had more we would have wanted to try. We loved the island hopping tour - this was a real highlight. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. We would definitely return, and hope to in the near future.

We really enjoyed our stay at S Resort. The décor is beautiful and well-designed, giving the whole place a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Our room was clean, simple, and comfortable, which made our stay very easy and enjoyable. The bathroom was also great — very clean, bright, and comfortable to use. The hot water and water pressure were consistent, which made showers really refreshing after a day out. The location is excellent. It’s close to everything in El Nido town — the beach, restaurants, convenience stores, and the meeting points for island-hopping tours are all within walking distance. Getting around was completely hassle-free. The staff were wonderful as well. Everyone was friendly, polite, and helpful. They responded quickly whenever we needed help arranging transportation or booking tours, which made our trip much smoother. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with plenty of fresh options. The croissants were especially good — definitely one of our favorites each morning. Overall, S Resort gave us a fantastic stay: beautiful décor, a comfortable and clean room, a nice bathroom, a perfect location, and warm, helpful staff. We’d be happy to stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting El Nido.

El Nido is an incredible destination with breathtaking...

El Nido is an incredible destination with breathtaking limestone cliffs, crystal-clear turquoise water, and some of the best island-hopping experiences we’ve had. The tours are well organised and take you to beautiful lagoons, beaches, and snorkelling spots, so bringing your own snorkel and mask is recommended if you have them, along with water shoes for rocky shorelines, although all equipment can also be hired locally. If you’re flying into Puerto Princesa, be prepared for a long but scenic van transfer of around five hours on a winding road, it’s worth allowing plenty of time, packing snacks and water, and planning arrival during daylight if possible, as the effort is absolutely worth it once you arrive.

El Nido is a must.

El Nido is a must. Leave full days for the island hopping tours. A B C D Zip line is a nice experience needs less than half a day. Canopy walk is Donald in a couple of hours. Best to have at least 3 full days at least

I really enjoyed town, but nacpan and duli area also nice...

I really enjoyed town, but nacpan and duli area also nice places to stay! Lio is another nice spot to stay. Town is good if you like going out to eat, and see a lot of things But staying in lio, nacpan or duli is also nice if you want a more peaceful, quiet time. even sibaltan would be nice (check out the manta rays if you dive)

El Nido has so many fun things to do, and we liked that...

El Nido has so many fun things to do, and we liked that while there were a plentitude of tourist options, we were not separated from local culture and activities that sometimes happens in other places. We were only there for four days, and we could have stayed another week. The beaches are beyond stunning, both the ones you can walk to and the ones that need a boat. The snorkeling was fantastic, the food options endless, and the vibe was chill and fun.

The nature is incredibly beautiful, just be careful with what you eat or drink. Better to buy only mineral water. And try to avoid to eat the food which is included in the island hopping for your safety.

I’m in 2 minds about El Nido..

I’m in 2 minds about El Nido.. I loved the location & the fact that island hopping was so accessible there as well as other beaches (Vanilla & Lio). Unfortunately it has become a bit of a tourist trap with very little local Filipino culture. 95% of the restaurants were catered to Westeners (think pizza, burgers, pasta etc) and were overpriced. It was very hard to find Filipino food which I think is pretty sad. There was none of the charm of Port Barton or even Bohol which has still retained a feeling of the Phillipines despite being tourist locations. Lots of the restaurants we looked up had multiple reporting of food poisoning which made it difficult to find something suitable for our family of 5. We did however really enjoy Vanilla beach & Lio beach which had some affordable food & drink options along with their stunning views & swimmable waters. Overall a beautiful place, but I preferred Port Barton & wish we had spent more time there in comparison to El Nido. Island tours were similarly priced & more low key.

The view was amazing. The best view in el nido. The staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. Ann was our server and she was great. Very good worker, friendly and happy. The cleanliness of the facility was 100%.Our room was a decent size and the bed was extremely comfy, we even booked on an extra night. Breakfast was delicious every morning and location was perfect. We were in the middle of everything as a 2minute walk to the harbour/beach with all restaurants and shops a street behind the hotel. Overall a brilliant stay.

The staff were absolutely amazing! So accomodating, kind and calm. We developed such lovely friendships with the staff who were extremely welcoming 🤍 We stayed for our honeymoon to which the hotel prepared a beautiful amenity for us to enjoy. Communication was 10/10 ✅ Breakfast is very yummy 😋 2 min walk to Lio beach 🏝️ 10-15 mins to El Nido town 🏞️ Available motorbike hire 🏍️ Complimentary bus shuttle every hour or 2 to town and back to hotel 🚌

Very clean hotel. Staff were really attentive, polite and helpful. Breakfast was really nice. Refillable water stations throughout. Airport shuttle was really useful and easy to organise. Staff also helped the friend I was travelling with book a transfer to Puerto Princesa. They also run a free shuttle to Lio beach and El Nido town centre at regular intervals throughout the day. Would stay here gain.

TOP! Probably the best accommodation experience we’ve ever had. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There’s no better stay in El Nido. Clean and luxury. They even offer to take the guests to a private beach everyday complimentary. The hotel exceeded our expectations!

The hotel is located super close to the center, which is a big plus. Within a 5-7min walk you are right in the center of el nido town and the beach. The pool area is really nice. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.
