We liked pretty much everything about this place. The building was grand, the staff were friendly and service minded. The room was beautiful and modern, and the food was top notch. We ate both at their breakfast buffet, their marble + grain restaurant, and ordered some room service for lunch. It was all great tasting and well prepared. They also take security very seriously. They check everyone who enters the hotel, so we felt very safe. We also received a free room upgrade, which we didn't expect, but was very much appreciated. Thank you for making our stay in Cebu so memorable, Hotel Bai.

The staff, specifically Newton was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was also perfect (close to SM seaside), and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and soft. Cleanliness was maintained. Housekeeping was into it. Staff were awesome especially Elaine ,Grace & other staff on the front desk. Even the guard was so helpful. They will go out their way to assist you. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices. It would have been great if Ripe Mangoes would have been served since it’s Cebu’s trademark, but i guess it wasn’t the season. Special mention to the housekeeping team who clean my room and made a swan out of my towels. That was cute & we liked it so much. Thank you. Hope to see you guys again🥰

I love cebu city its my hometown. Will never get tired. Im on vacation aftr 27yrs being in the US. Been to Cebu Safari, Jpark but i would love to stay here again in NUSTAR when im given a chance before i go back to the states after Sinulog.. Cebu City is BEAUTIFUL. Im proud to be a Cebuana.

There is a lot to see and visit in Cebu City.

There is a lot to see and visit in Cebu City. It appears the city is riding a wave of investment with lots pf construction everywhere. However some of the main roads and streets are very congested and the government will have to come up with a plan soon to fix this problem before the entire network is choked. This traffic problem will deter international visitors. Cebu is a city with lots of scenery and looked after environmental areas.

Cebu has its beautiful and calm areas which is awesome,...

Cebu has its beautiful and calm areas which is awesome, however due to our location it was always an hour or so to get to these places, so my advice to future travellers is to choose a hotel outside the city centre, maybe more South West or South East where the beautiful beaches and waterfalls are situated.... A must have is Grab to get around, its safe and very affordable, however any beaches are far out of the city!

We used a guided tour on one day and the other day we did our walk tour which was not covered in the guided tour. People were very friendly offering assistance to some of the location we wished to visit.

This was my very first visit to the Philippines, and Cebu...

This was my very first visit to the Philippines, and Cebu won me over instantly. The airport alone had me thinking, 'Wait... am I in a resort or an arrivals terminal?' But what truly blew me away were the people—some of the kindest, warmest souls I’ve ever met. I’d bottle that hospitality if I could. Now, let’s talk traffic. Honestly, when you start reminiscing fondly about Bangkok’s gridlock, you know things have gone off the rails. Cebu traffic is… character-building. But even that can’t dull the shine of this amazing place. I already can’t wait to come back—maybe with a scooter and nerves of steel next time."

We really highly enjoyed our short stay at Lex Hotel in Cebu. Especially, the amazing pool on the roof. Also the the diversity of the Breakfast was very delicious and yummy. The rooms are very clean and neaty and bigger as the average in Cebu City. The staff is very friendly and helpful at any time. We highly recommend this Lex Hotel for tourists due the ideal location close to the Ayala Mall. Lovely experience and hopefully soon again!

It was exactly what we needed and expected- a classic budget style hotel with all of the amenities we required. It was very easy to order food to the hotel by grab (tonnes of options). The hotel also had food you could order. There is a 7/11 right next door too which is good. Great distance from the airport so perfect for an overnight stay on Cebu city before a flight. The shower was really good too
