Everything, its so clean and very large rooms. Also modern! Pool was great, and the location is very good as its close to the mall. Maybe the gym could be a little bigger. But on holiday no one should be on the treadmill. Enjoy

The hotel is amazing and very clean. The room was big and spacious and equipped with everything we may need. The entire hotel has really good vibes and feels and looks very luxurious. Can highly recommend this place and will definitely book again in my next visits in and around Bacolod. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful, there is also a big car park which is free for all the guests, few restaurants and coffee/bars and a 7/11 just in front of the hotel next to the carpark entrance. The bathtub is separate from the shower which I also like a lot, there is also a swimming pool and multiple halls for any kind of events like weddings, company meetings and etc. Excellent value for the money

Bacolod isn't particularly touristy, so there's not so many hotels. This is clearly one of the nicest ones available . The rooms are comfortable, the shower is good, the AC works great. Some of the staff were really nice, Dana really did try her best for us. We were there for a wedding and the venue was lovely. The catering for the wedding was very good, and the restaurant was quite good as well. Location is pretty good, it helps that it's next to a big mall

We had a pleasant stay at Palmas del Mar Resort. ​Location & Dining: One of the best aspects of this resort is its convenient location near the city. It was a huge plus when ordering food via Foodpanda, as we had a wide selection of restaurants to choose from. ​Amenities & Comfort: We really enjoyed the fact that we could swim after sunset. This allowed us to avoid the strong sun and made for a very relaxing experience. The staff were kind, and the accommodations (houses/cottages) felt cozy and comfortable. ​Important Note (A Potential Downside): A key thing to note is that cooking within the unit is prohibited. While ordering food was easy, we were required to pay a corkage fee even for the food delivered, which was an unexpected expense. ​Overall, a nice and cozy resort, especially if you prioritize easy access to city dining options and enjoy a late evening swim!
