The staff is stunning and very helpful. The food in the restaurant is excellent (all the dishes we ate). Also the restaurant complex in front of the river in an open space, is stunning with an amazing view. The pool is special.

We absolutely LOVED our room and that everything was so open and our bed was looking out on the jungle! The food was amazing, we had different meals and variety every day and overall we just loved the place. We could truly rest there and unwind. They also have a very nice selection of activities and jungle experiences, it is expensive, but if you can afford it, it is truly a once in a lifetime experience!

Great place to chill for a few days. All rooms are equpipped with fan and AC and private bathroom and fridge. Clean place all over. Theres a bar, a beautiful pool and the host is fantastic and very friendly. Even took us out to buy some food anf other stuff. Helped us with everything. This place wilk make you chill out. Its worth it. There is harldy anything bad we can mention.

The property has two individual bungalows that are very spacious, with high ceilings, good bathroom and fly screens all around the windows. Nicolas is absolutely wonderful, very kind, very friendly and very respectful. He can organise daily tours, they were excellent. The tours were with small groups (less than 8 pax). Nicolas cooked very tasty meals. The property is located away from town, which means you have lovely nature around you, but Nicolas was very helpful in driving us to places we needed. The bungalows had a balcony, wifi and hot showers. The two dogs that live there are truly beautiful, we miss their cuddles already. Nicolas helped us find birds and a sloth nearby. There are squirrel monkeys nearby. The property is located near other resorts if you need a pool or river access. We enjoyed this property for its local community and wildlife, its excellent value for a small business. My only recommendation would be to have a tea/coffee making facilities available all day, and a large shower mat to catch excess water.

Strategic location for tourist activities and amazing connection to nature for relaxation. It is surrounded by a lot of flora and fauna. The bungalows are cozy, clean and with great view to the river. Food excellent and prepared with local products. Rafael is an expert host, we learned so much about wild animals and medicinal plants. He is very friendly as well as all the staff.

2 minutes walk from the main plaza and all the tour offices. 5 mins walk from the Cacao Center. Absolutely clean rooms and bathrooms (rare in budget hotels in Peru!). The a/c is really welcome in Puerto as the humidity is debilitating. Friendly staff, several of whom speak English. Focus on sustainability. Huge TVs in the rooms with what looks like a cable box connected, though I didn't try mine. Strong, hot showers and good drainage. Comfortable beds and pillows. I stayed in 3 different rooms on different stays, and it seems they are adding more little amenities, like de-humidifier machine, towel racks in the bathroom, etc room by room. The lower floor rooms have them, but the top floor doesn't yet. I would still choose this hotel over any other in Puerto.

Air con, nice rooftop space, decent pool and a good breakfast. The staff were lovely. Stayed 3 nights in total and was nice to relax after a few hectic weeks.
