It's a lovely property in a very good location. We were so busy during our stay that we didn't have time to enjoy the gardens. The owner is helpful and so patient with my broken Spanish. Another employee who also works at the front desk speaks perfect English. The room was spacious and clean with a wonderful hot shower. The breakfast was very nice.

The hotel is family run with kind and hospitable hosts. Doña Rosa and Yuri made our stay there very special. It is located in the historic center of the most beautiful town in the Sacred Valley. Ollantaytambo is a gem of a town, my favorite so far of the Sacred Valley towns I have stayed in. The historic part of town feels like it must have felt with the Incas were living there in precolonial days. The streets are kept immaculately clean. Everything you might need is within short walking distance but does not intrude on the authenticity of the town. The views of the Inca ruins on all sides take you back in time. I would gladly go back for a longer stay. The constant flow of large tourist vans down the main street can be a bit annoying as they don't seem to belong, but you can avoid this. One great thing about Kamma Guest House is that it is not in the main stream.

Awesome characterful town well worth an overnight stay. We would love to return. The archeological site is stunning but don’t forget to spend some time exploring Pinkuylluma. The hike is steep and challenging but short and so worth it.

Strongly recommend to stay in the city instead of doing your...

Strongly recommend to stay in the city instead of doing your Machu Picchu trip from Cusco directly. It would be much less tiring and the city of Ollantaytambo is very cosy and comfortable. Specially if you are coming from outside Cusco and flying in, my recommendation to fly into Cusco and go straight to Ollantaytambo, stay here and visit Machu Picchu. Following by this, go back to Cusco for your stay and fly back. This was a good way we thought to beat the potential high altitude sickness.

Ollantaytambo is a very interesting place in itself. It can also be used as a starting point to visit Machu Picchu and other interesting archeological sites around. It's about 2 hours from Cusco by taxy.

A delightful small town set in dramatic scenery. A bustling town square and a quieter and interesting old quarter with a variety of bars and restaurants The two sets of ruins either side of town are worth a visit for the views.

Great place for short stay on the way to Machu Pichu. The room was big, clean, very comfortable, and huge bed. Nice owners. Panoramic views from the room. We set off early, so owners have us some quick food (e.g. fruits and yoghurt as we were not able to attend breakfast. Ollantaytambo site 10-15 min walk, train station 20 min walk, so easy to reach these places by foot. Central plaza with cafes and shops also on the way to Ollantaytambo site probably 10 min walk from hotel. Highly recommend for stay in Ollantaytambo.

Very clean, quiet and relaxed hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. They Let me leave my bags while i went away to Machu picchu. The room was simple but had all the essentials i missed, at a lot of other places in Peru. Hot water, night light, curtains that work. Etc. The roof terras had amazing view on the mountains and Ollantaytambo site. The breakfast was included with fresh fruit, and they will make you eggs on request.

The hotel is located in the old walled city with many restaurants and bars in walking distance. Its a very beautiful and safe area and the hotel is very clean, comfortable and Jorge, the host was so friendly and helpful. We had the most beautiful view from the terrace next to our room. The breakfast was delicious and we loved staying at Parwa guest house so much! We cant wait to be back on our next trip to Ollantaytambo.

The hotel is in a fabulous location right next to the train station. They have their own farm which you can visit. We saw where they make the coffee and the distillery. The hotel has a rustic charm with beautiful garden foliage surrounding each lodge. The bed was comfortable, the bedroom spacious with our fabulous balcony with a view of the mountains. The breakfast was good And the staff were friendly.
