Incredible location with view at the falls. If lucky even from your bed. Rooms are spacious, hot showers really hot. Very friendly couple runs the place, they serve a tasty breakfast.

Great view, independent lodge surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees, only thing you can hear are the birds chirping and water running somewhere far away. So peaceful and relaxing. Delicious homemade meals using local ingredients. Very caring and helpful staffs. There was a road construction and some hours were inaccessible by car but it wasn’t troublesome, was easy to adapt our schedule to visit archeological sites. Highly recommended!

Stunning location with the best view on the Waterfall Gocta. Mario was a loveley host. He even offered us a stunning hike to the upper part of the waterfall. Everything in the Hotel is made with love, from the cosy room to the breakfast. We are sad that its time to leave now. I would recommend the place to everyone!

This hotel is incredible. The staff are wonderful, so friendly and attentive. The location is spectacular. We loved the pool and the bar, the food was excellent. The walking tours to Gocta falls and the hummingbird sanctuary which the hotel organised were great, they even provide a packed lunch. The town of Cocachimba is small but we really liked it! Overall an amazing stay!

Prior to our visit the communication had been clear and easy. We arrived late, as we had predicted, and we were shown to our room without a problem. The family business is in Cuispes which is a bit remote but easy to find. The room was large and comfortable with a great shower. Wifi worked fine and breakfast was delicious

Really good location, nicely designed boutique hotel. Restaurant and bar were exceptional, the chef and the bartender both deserve only praise. Hotel staff and management made our stay more than perfect, we really got spoiled by their kindness and personal care. Management were one of the few speaking English in the region. During our 3 week travel in Peru, Doréan was surely the best place we stayed and one of the best restaurants we ate at. Would go back any time.
