The hotel and the staff is really wonderful and welcoming. They were really accomodation and provided us early checkin after a long travel from Europe. They provided a very nice breakfast pack for us, out of all the hotels in Peru, theirs was the best!

We stayed at La Casa de Irma for four nights, and it was excellent. The service was the best we experienced in Peru - the staff gave us great recommendations on things to do in Arequipa and even let me use their reception area in the morning for a digital meeting. The location is also fantastic. Highly recommended!

The service was impeccable. We arrived early but was still allowed to check in before the check in time. The location is about 5-10 minute drive from down town but that meant it was a great location away from the noise and hustle and bustle. The included breakfast was also top notched and not just your boring continental breakfast. You chose from crepes, chicharronnes, sandwiches, and omelets. The front desk personnel were amazing and helped us get taxies. Lastly, the rooms were extremely comfortable and the beds were also very comfortable. The rooms had hot and warm water pressure, we'd totally go there again if we were staying in Arequipa.
