We got a room with a beautiful view of Escalera Mountain Range. The sunsets were spectacular. The room, and the lodge in general is full of art pieces that give a unique touch to the property. Ah! they have an amazing library where you can spend time reading about history, art, ethnobotany, etc. All with an impressive view of the landscape. Breakfast was excellent with home-made bread and jam(!).

The Yanashpa Resort is a surprising place in the middle of the jungle, exceeding everything we expected. The welcome, the comfortable cabins and the delicious dishes in the restaurant made our stay unforgettable. It was the perfect retreat to reconnect with nature. We loved the staff above all else. They were so friendly, kind, attentive, and helpful! We will miss the team at Villa Lu! They helped us to organize tours and welcomed us like family.
