The hotel is great. You first enter a beautiful green courtyard and then step into the main house. It is very comfortably furnished, and the room was spacious, the bathroom newly renovated, and the bed perfect. Breakfast was delicious and varied — fresh bread, fresh fruit, cheese, and an avocado — and there could have been even more. Yes, it’s not located right in the city center, but it’s easily reachable on foot without any problem. Most importantly, though, is the warmth of the people who run it — from young to old. This kind of genuine care and true hospitality is something special and rare to find. We found it here and are happy that we could be guests. Oh, and we would definitely stay again.

Conveniently located within walking distance between the collectivo location and the archeological site. The room is spacious and beds are comfortable with plenty of blankets given the cold nights. Hot showers were available. Our room faced the courtyard making for the quietest hotel stay in over 5 months of travel through Colombia and Peru. Some may find the elevation challenging, but it was worth it. Plus, a weaving collective with quality products was nearby.

This establishment brought breakfast to my room's floor level !!! It was as deliciously satisfying as it was so thoughtfully prepared. The view from the hotel of the mountais surrounding Chincherro is spectacular and made every morning's adventure a breathtaking experience in this beautiful little town. The hostess, Elizabeth, made me feel so much at home, it's difficult to think of my stay as something outside of having been spent with a beautiful family.

The location is quiet, the main square is only 10mins by foot. The breakfast is great, even though they have organised some glutenfree option for my partner. The bed was very comfy, the room was just perfect. The design is very cool. The reception is 24 h, so it was easy to have early check in or check out, even get breakfast for take away.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, for example contacted the tour operator by phone after we had waited pass the tour pickup time. The room was clean, big and comfortable beds, warm shower etc. Our tours began so early that we didn't have a chance to eat the hotel's breakfast but they gave us breakfast to go the time we wished. The location in the city center was also very good.

Very good location and friendly staff (24/7 reception). The restaurant services lunch and dinner which was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend. Nice and clean room, our room had a beautiful view. 10/10 experience
