This place has everything that you need and more and is also super quiet. Our chalet was sparkling clean and comfortable. Pucha's was a very welcoming host, and her attention to detail is incredible. Very nice garden and sitting area.

The location is good for the beach and walking into town. We drove to beach but you could walk, it's flat but a bit of a way. Great beach and worth going to. With some TLC the room we had would be brilliant, large with comfy bed, bit rough round the edges, which personally we found fine. Hot water in shower, working lights and TV. Not many accessible plugs, but that seems normal in Panama Hostels. AC worked well. Good breakfast, shame no fruit but hot food choice good. Nice pool, didn't go in but looked clean. Friendly helpful staff. Overall just needs some TLC to bring up to a great standard. These are our personal observations, overall we enjoyed our 2 nights.

An amazing hotel run by the most lovely couple. They were so welcoming and stayed up late for us as our arrival time was much later than expected. The rooms were lovely and the beds were so comfortable. The pool outside was a lovely temperature and made for a brilliant place to chat and have a swim before bed. If you are needing somewhere to stay, then the Inn at Punta Mala is the perfect place. Either for a nice couple getaway or for a family trip. You will not be disappointed.

The weather wasn't great during our stay but the owner's warmth more than compensated. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and very good value. The village of Mariabe was just what we were looking for, offering an authentic insight into village life in Panama.

The apartments were spacious and clean. It was great to have the pool. Met lots of people staying there. Perfect location for Carnival. Close enough for a quick walk to the Church Square but far enough that it wasn't too loud at night. Maria was awesome. She helped us in anyway she could.

April our hostess was very helpful and informative. The breakfasts were delicious with homemade jams 😋 . It was a very laid back and relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely recommend Casa Lajagua to our friends and family.
