This hotel has the best staff. There are very helpful and kind, I forgot to printed out my ship pass and the lovely Ms Shenell Bates at the reception printed out for me no questions asked, all with the most beautiful and welcoming smile. Thank you Shenell. She was also very knowledgeable of her surroundings which saved me a taxi fare, as I was able to walk and see a bit of Colon.

The staff, including the owners, were exceptionally kind, friendly and accommodating. My friend needed a fridge for his medication and it was provided immediately. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. The location by the water was quiet. peaceful and breezy and plus it wasn't too far from Portobello proper.

everything exceed our expectations , as a Panamenian was my first time in such location. the rooms were ok, the bathroom and AC excellent. the place is really big PS: we were not able to have the breakfast by time limitations from our end. Beautiful place just next to the sea but without being right next to the noise of town. You could see the sea right in from of you when opening your bedroom door. We had a private bathroom, basic furniture and hangers along with 2 chairs on the sand next to the sea. There is a little kitchen to make basic food which was highly welcomed. The staff is very friendly and helpful and you can pay by card.
