I loved my staying en la Casita del cacao!! I think I couldn't have a better experience feeling the beauty of the nature and the forest. The house has every confort beside being so integrated in the natural environment. When I went, some cacao beans were fermenting and Mei was nice enought to explain me more about the process to transform it into chocolate. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to take the whole tour of the chocolate experience, but I will try my best to come back and not lose this so special experience!

We stayed with Axi only for one night, because we wanted to go to Bocas. He is so warm and friendly and also a good singer! 10/10 would come back

Gia is just wonderful. Perfectly organized, helpful and lovely. The apartment and terrace is really big and has everything you need.

Place is big, clean and comfortable with lovely garden. The host is wonderful, very kind and helpful. She even gifted us 3 avocados from the garden. Close to the ferry to continue your trip.

This place is incredible! I would give it 11 out of 10 if it would be possible. We heard and saw a lot of monkeys and birds, it was a really amazing experience that I will remember for a long time in my life. It's like you live in the middle of the jungle, but with all the benefits of a modern world. Interior of the capsule is beautiful, a really spacious shower with a roof window, so you feel like you connect with the nature. All facilities are new and clean. There is a shared kitchen and a fridge that you can use, and a nice pool area. Receptionist was very kind and attentive, and seemed really interested in our needs. A delicious and healthy breakfast was included in the price. Outside the hotel you can find some nice restaurants and beach clubs, and sea is just across the street. Hotel staff helped us with the motorcycle rent, which is only in a 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Bocas town is reachable by taxi in less then 10 minutes and taxi cost only 2 dollars per person! What I cannot put in words is the atmosphere of this place, which is really peaceful and just beautiful.

We had an excellent time at Bird Island Bungalows. From the moment we arrived we were able to disconnect and just be present at this beautiful property. The staff were very attentive and friendly and always looking after us. The views are spectacular whether enjoying them from the deck, the pool or one of the two private beaches. Breakfast was well served and delicious. I'd highly recommend the granola. All in all we had a very relaxing time at Bird Island Bungalows and we sad to leave but we'll certainly be back some day soon!

Beautiful resort. Good location with Dive Shop on site. Staff was great. Food and drinks were good. Pool area and deck area was very nice.

Fabulous location. We had a private rooftop patio above our over water room and overlooking the pool. Very close to all restaurants in town. Staff were very accommodating and helped us with water taxis and taxis to the popular beaches. Delicious breakfast with multiple choices.

We liked our stay! The houses are very nice, directly over the water, each house is with its own terrace. Breakfast is delicious. People are very friendly. There was one restaurant opened in the area and we visited it every evening, the dinner was wonderful. Or you can take a boat for 1 USD and in 5 minutes you are on the main island where you can find everything - restaurants, supermarkets, tourist information. If we come to Bocas one more time, Faro del Colibri will be surely the first choice!
