We were made so very welcome by the property owner, Aziz. Excellent communication prior to arriving and greeted upon our arrival. The garden house is an oasis of calm and perfectly appointed. A lovely garden area to relax in with a small pool. The interior is very well and comfortably furnished. This property met and exceeded our expectations.

Lovely chalet, with a neat enclosed courtyard, completely as described. Parking in the courtyard. Swimming pool. A whole pack of bottled drinking water. Very friendly host, you can see he has a heart for the chalet and the guests. Sent a list of sights, clearly explained that on jebel ash sham can go up on 2d (we saw how frightened by forums tourists went several kilometers on foot), and then separately asked if we all ok. Chalet is in the old town, right behind the wall. The price/quality ratio is excellent, I recommend it. We regret that we stayed only one night.

Bait Al Salam Inn is a real gem and was a highlight during our stay in Oman. A family home for generations was converted in a small boutique hotel, situated in a plantation. The host, Hamza, is charming and welcoming and made our stay truly rememberable. The rooms are a combination of traditional style with modern comfort. Breakfast and dinner is also available on site. I took a bed in a shared dormitory. Very comfortable, clean and big space there. The place also has a lovely sitting area and a kitchen. Everything so nice and clean. Mahmood, the owner, was very welcoming and helpful and we had along with other guests a really good time there. I would've definitely extended my stay if I had the chance but unfortunately I had to leave. Regarding rhe surroundings, so much to see and explore. And the area where the hostel is located is very peaceful and very close to the shops and restaurants
