All the resort stuff were very kind and polite.. The ladies of the reception are very kind and have good English.. The place are quiet and it has a touch of nature specially while sitting in the balcony.. The balcony is fully private and u can spend nice morning while having the coffee there.. I took family room and the room size was fantastic, I liked the sofa bed which made it easier for my family, the view was very nice, the breakfast is good.. I think the hotel is under rated
