From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, everything was simply perfect. Every interaction, from reception to housekeeping to restaurant service, was warm, genuine, and made me feel like a valued guest. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, but somehow still feels like a hidden gem – it’s seriously underrated for the quality it delivers. Staying at this hotel felt like living in the beautiful old Oman era. I absolutely loved the authentic design featuring charming details like wooden roofs, lumber beds, stone sinks, magnificent log reception desk and the massive Castle in the middle. The hospitality was just as impressive. The staff were incredibly polite, and the reception was open 24 hours, making us feel very cared for. The cafe serves high-quality coffee, I particularly loved the Cappuccino and Mocha. Breakfast was exceptionally tasty with very fast servicel. I highly recommend ordering the Omani tray it was delicious.

Clean, modern, spacious, and well designed. Lots of natural light come in through big windows. We had an especially comfortable bed, and the windows had blackout curtains, so it was hard to get out of bed! Housekeeping staff were quick and efficient, and the front desk staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful with any questions we had. Lots of free underground parking. 100% recommend!
