From the moment I walked through the stunning lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for my entire stay. Youssef, with his infectious enthusiasm, made me feel right at home with his friendly demeanor and attentive service. Kiecylen was equally impressive, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, boasting elegant decor, luxurious amenities, and a fantastic restaurant that offers a delightful culinary experience. I felt pampered and relaxed throughout my visit. Overall, my stay at the Grand Hotel was nothing short of remarkable. Anyone who knows me, knows that I never give 10/10 overall for all services. This was the FIRST TIME I have to give a perfect score to any hotel anywhere in the world. From the moment we arrived, we were pampered and treated as VVIPs. welcome drinks and valet parking. Our room had been decorated to accommodate our anniversary. The guest relations lady, Ahlam, went on my instagram, downloaded, printed and cut out photos, and arranged them with flowers on our bed. We were upgraded for free to a suite, we had complimentary cakes and fruit. We had complimentary drinks and snacks by the huge empty pool. Our dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Hell, Everything was exceptional, but the staff just made it magic.

Everything! The staff, the hotel, the room, the view. Everything about that hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and remained so for they cleaned it every single night without a reminder at all. The reception was friendly and everyone was so nice and did everything to assist me. I liked the security provided that even the elevator would only work with the room card and only stops at your floor or the gym's floor as well as the ground floor. The housekeeping was wonderful, they kept arranging my plushie on the bed and making towel plushies as company for mine. Shout-out to Prashant Singh for doing that and making walking back into the room an adventure to look forward to every single day. The staff at the reception were so helpful, even ordering takeout and taxies for me whenever I needed it as well as recommending places to go to in Muscat. I've had a chat with the manager as well and he's the friendliest down to earth person I've ever met Definitely a hotel i would recommend for everyone and would love to go back there again.
