What a beautiful place to spend a few hours or days when you travel in this wonderful country. Birkat al Mouz is a very beautiful village, surrounded by dates and old Omani houses. The hotel is amazing and we wish we had time to spend a few more nights there. Great staff, kind people around you and a village full of things to do. Every trip to Oman should have a stop there and the hotel makes things even more great!!!

A beautiful hotel with well cared for lush attractive gardens which is very unusual in Oman. Peaceful, elegant decor, relaxing, lovely pool, lovely staff and an excellent BBQ style buffet dinner by the pool. Breakfasts catered for all tastes too. Comfortable spacious rooms. Good parking.

The charm of the hotel and the sorrounding properties was amazing. Hussain from house keeping/reservation was excellent and even went out of his way to guide us so we did not get lost. The Halwa, Omani Coffee and Dates at check-in/check-out was a lovely touch. Close proximity to the Nizwa Fort, Souq and Mosques.

This place is absolutely amazing! The hotel is set in an old house, giving you the authentic feeling of being in a traditional village. The charm and character of the place make it a unique experience. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure you feel right at home. He's also in the process of upgrading the hotel to make it even more comfortable for guests.
