A wonderful stay at Tiwi Nomad Inn. The property is beautifully designed, very comfortable, and in a fantastic location. The whole team took great care of us and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, fresh, well prepared, and exactly what you want after a day of exploring. Everything felt relaxed and thoughtful. One of the biggest highlights is the location. Being so close to Wadi Tiwi was incredible and made it easy to visit one of the absolute highlights of our trip without any stress or long drives. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm, well-run place in a beautiful part of Oman.

Beautiful house, very good location - 2 minutes drive from Wadi Shab. Breakfast was plentiful with a great view to the sea.

We arrived at the beach house and even though it was open no one was there to get us checked in. After a few phone calls I got through to the owner Sami who apologised and sent his worker straight away, I hadn't rang them beforehand and the worker explained that guests usually arrive around 5ish and we got there at 1, so not really a problem!! The property itself is awesome, with comfortable beds and access to a small pool which my kids loved. There is no access to the beach from the property but you have the full view of the sea from the pool and there is a children's park walking distance away. We stayed only one night as we were visiting Wadi Shab and this was our resting point and for the purpose it was just perfect. Sami rang again once we were settled to ask if everything was ok and his worker also left his number with us in case we needed anything!! Full access to the kitchen is provided which has a gas cooker, pots and pans, basic utensils, a kettle, and a coffee machine with plenty of tea, coffee, and sugar. There is no staff at this property all the time, we enjoyed the privacy!! I left my iWatch at the property and didn't realise until I was back in Muscat, I rang the worker who confirmed the watch was there and then Sami rang me and told me he would drop the watch off to me. True to his word, Sami drove all the way to Muscat and dropped the watch off to me at the hotel U was staying at, legendary guy!! Thank you Sami and thank you to your staff - will definitely be visiting again!!

The place only has 6 rooms, so it is quiet. The owner was very helpful and friendly, also the staff was extremely kind. The deluxe room next to the pool was nice and spacious. The room located in the middle of the terrace was small and it did not have a fridge. The villa has a small private beach (steep stairs!). It also has a pool, but it was not heated, in December it was refreshing. It is located very close to the Wadi Shab starting point, you can even walk there. It is far from Tiwi center and restaurants, you need to go there by car. We paid extra for breakfast, which was very rich and tasty (eggs, toasts, sausage, beans, toasts, fruits, tea, juice), the price was 2.5 OMR/person. The view from the terrace to the sea was amazing. Overall we liked the place. But we had better value/price accomodations during our journey in Oman.
