Our stay at chalet was amazing we had a wonderful time. The grounds were impeccable and simply beautiful especially from the rooftop terrace the sunset was stunning, it was just so beautiful. We loved the spacious atmosphere of the chalet - the cozy and relaxing surroundings and private pool. It had everything to enjoy the chalet and was well located. The facilities and the pool was a plus to our stay. The owner and his staff are very kind and helpful , owner personally came to meet us and was very welcoming. Dunes safari was also arranged by the owner which was amazing to see the sunset in the desert. Will definitely recommend to others and looking forward to coming back with the family for longer stay.

We had already spent a night in a camp in the Rub al Khali which we had reached from Salalah down in the south of the country .That camp's toilets left a lot to be desired, so we were unsure as to what we were about to find in Wahiba Sands. How wrong we were. We were welcomed at the company's office at 15.00 on the dot by Hamed, who spoke near-perfect English, and gave us a short history of the country and its geography. We were then introduced to (another) Hamed who was to lead us into the desert and serve as our host at the camp. He deflated our 4x4's tyres and we drove in after him. After a longish drive through the dunes we reached the camp. It consisted of three tents, one of which belonged to Hassan - the chef- while one belonged to us. It was in an idyllic setting far from civilisation which allowed us to be fully immersed in the bedouin's culture. Notwithstanding the language barrier, the host - Hamed - was exceptionally patient, generous and welcoming. The food was great, the beds comfortable, the amenities clean and the whole activity well worth the price we paid. If anyone is interested in a genuine and immersive experience in Wahiba Sands, then this is the one you need. Thank you for a great time. James.

Small campsite, which was great as our group had it to ourselves. Visited in November 2025, and all the facilities were brand new. Hamzu was an excellent host and provided everything we needed, including delicious brought in meals. Beds were very comfortable. Location is quite close to the Al Rama village, just a short journey into the dunes, but still far away to provide stunning views from the campsite and the dune just above it. Great elevated common eating area, common tent for socializing, and fire pit area.

We had the pleasure to spend two days and one night in the Oman desert at the glamping site just before New Year. We had selected this venue on the basis of Booking reviews. We did not know what to expect, but this turned out the best two days of our Oman holiday, also for our two young daughters. Salah, owner of the venue made this an exceptional experience. He organised the transport, camel ride, dune bashing and amazing dinner, full with surprises. He handled all of it, tailored it patiently to our wishes, adapted it on site, in a very smooth and relaxed manner, which enabled us to enjoy every moment our desert visit at the fullest. The accommodation was impeccable, the food delicious, and Salah and his experienced team incredibly nice and welcoming. In short, an unforgettable trip, filled with stunning moments and meeting kind local people, and we would warmly recommend this to all that would like to visit the Oman desert, and which could serve both as a romantic excursion as well as an adventurous one for a family with kids of all ages.
