The charm and cozy little private villa with all necessary stuff and even more: tea and coffee, few plates, very comfortable bed. There are all necessary for having a bath, a washing machine if necessary. Beautiful terrace with grill, pleasant swimming pool and place for parking.

Beautiful little find in the quieter area of Jabrin. This is a new establishment with a lot of thought going into the space by the owners. Automatically upgraded on a late booking and presented with home made fresh laban, tea and dates was a surprise welcome. The rooms are above a cafe and not far from tourist sites/restaurants. Highly recommend.

The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable, but the friendliness of these guys is out of this world. I would go back again a thousand times if I could. One of those stays to be remembered.

İt was unforgettable hosting i will never forget it, the owner is a great person, he didn't just host us but also invited us for coffee , fruits to his office and gave me some gifts, also we felt Omani hospitality deeply!! He is an educated, generous and kindhearted. Also the room was very modern, new and super clean one, has swimming pool, beautiful garden. Feel free to book it!!

Lovely chalet, with a neat enclosed courtyard, completely as described. Parking in the courtyard. Swimming pool. A whole pack of bottled drinking water. Very friendly host, you can see he has a heart for the chalet and the guests. Sent a list of sights, clearly explained that on jebel ash sham can go up on 2d (we saw how frightened by forums tourists went several kilometers on foot), and then separately asked if we all ok. Chalet is in the old town, right behind the wall. The price/quality ratio is excellent, I recommend it. We regret that we stayed only one night.

We had absolutely wonderful stay in this villa. The pool was divine, and the villa itself was breathtaking. Wonderful palce to stay with a lovely view towards the mountain. The owner left us some snacks, which was much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the outdoor kitchen in the garden was lovely.We received good information about the location before the arrival

Having visited the Misfah al Abriyyin several times previously, I returned after five years absence. The village has adapted rather well to increasing demand from tourism and retains the unspoilt and genuine feel that has caused me to return time and time again. Roghan Hospitality Inn has spring up since my last visit and I initially chose it for its location. This hotel is the uppermost building in the village, and I would wager and arm and a leg against anyone who does not agree that it presently holds the best location of all the inns in the village. It overlooks both the entire old village and its orchards as well as the surprisingly scenic new village. The hotel is modern and has all the comforts I am looking for in a hotel. Good bed - not too soft and not too hard. A useful desk, sensible placement of power sockets; good WiFi; good A/C; decent water pressure in the shower; simple and problem free check-in. It also has big windows, allowing me to enjoy the view, a couple of deep chairs, and a big TV that I didn't use but that my son undoubtedly would have considered the most important feature of the hotel. Both dinner and breakfast were very good and used local ingredients. Both the hotelier himself and his staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The proprietor was a singularly likable fellow and was interesting to talk to. The big thing in Misfah, though, is not sitting in the hotel but walking around and getting a feel for the oasis life. To this end, the owner gave up his morning to walk around the orchards with me, a most pleasant experience - at least for me :-) I was initially worried that I would have trouble getting there by my ridiculously small car, a two-wheel driven Suzuki Dzire, but it turned out to be no problem at all. The private access road to the hotel was quite convenient as it bypassed the customary parking problems that I have experienced in the past.

This is not just some accommodation, this is home. Emina made us feel very welcomed at her house and along with the unique architecture, the surroundings and also other lovely guests, this was an experience we will never forget. Wish we had more time to spend here. We spent one night on our way from Muscat to Jebel Shams. The rooms are simple but clean, the bathroom was well equipped. Incredible views waited for us on the rooftop along with pet dogs making us company. I have to admit the breakfast was rather smaller/simpler but everybody has different taste, so it’s hard to please all. Hoping to come sometime again!
