Staying at this hotel felt like living in the beautiful old Oman era. I absolutely loved the authentic design featuring charming details like wooden roofs, lumber beds, stone sinks, magnificent log reception desk and the massive Castle in the middle. The hospitality was just as impressive. The staff were incredibly polite, and the reception was open 24 hours, making us feel very cared for. The cafe serves high-quality coffee, I particularly loved the Cappuccino and Mocha. Breakfast was exceptionally tasty with very fast servicel. I highly recommend ordering the Omani tray it was delicious.

the efficienfy of the staff: we arrived in the middle of the night, which was not a problem; the reception was open 24/7 we got 2 interconnected family rooms which were spacious the AC was great: effecient and very quiet the beds were comfortable the indoor pool was a decent size (and used only by us:) and the gym was very good by hotel standards the buffet breakfast was Arabic style and abundant the hotel punches well above its 3* categorisation

Best value for money. Also at times they have discounts when booking via Booking.com. They have all sorts of payment method via cash or card. Breakfast buffet was also good. Variety of food options. Location is the middle of city which made it vibrant and access to supermarket just behind it. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, we spent there 2 nights on our travel across Oman. It is expected 3 star hotel. The staff is helpful, breakfast is ordinary. The room was a bit dark, but we were there only to sleep, it was ok.
