Fantastic place, our best in New Zealand. Nice owners. Very clean and well equipped flat. Silence and starry skies. It was really hard to leave. In addition, fresh eco-eggs are available on site. As a greeting we have received bread, marmalade and milk for coffee.

Wonderful spot in the middle of wine country. Reshma is a wonderful host. Free (very decent) bikes included with advice of where to visit for cellar door - we loved Bladen! Overall experience of cycling around the wineries was world class (leaving the car firmly parked in the driveway) Super full cooked breakfasts. Garden setting is lovely with nice covered deck to sit out on. Fun chatting with other guests (several repeat guests, which says it all). Supermarket down the road, and English style pub with good pub grub, just across the road. Fully recommend for your next trip here. We'll be back hopefully!

Well presented cottage, privately situated, full sized BBQ on the large deck was a bonus, nice spot to kick back with a glass wine in hand, I would definitely recommend this place and if I'm in the area again I would stay here for sure 😁

Paula and Russell are wonderful hosts and their property is stunning with beautiful views of the surrounding vineyards and farmlands. The room is incredibly comfortable and very clean and I slept well. The gardens at Omaka are beautiful and the sound of all the native birds was nice to hear during my stay while sitting on my deck right outside of my room. I highly recommend staying at Omaka Heights Countrystay and thank you Paula and Russell for such a wonderful stay.

Loved everything! Our hosts were super friendly, welcoming and helpful, but gave us 100% privacy. The property itself is beautiful and superbly presented with quality inclusions and furnishings. You feel instantly at home and we found it very relaxing. The amazing vineyard settling also helped, and being able to gaze up at the stars and Milky Way from the super comfy bed was breathtaking! Well stocked kitchen and breakfast supplies were appreciated as were the homely touches like fresh flowers and cookies and chocolates. A standout all round and we can’t wait for our next stay!!!

such a cozy, peaceful place! Great amenities, bbq, bikes, the garden is so nice, we had great summer weather and loved it! Breakfast foods provided. The beauty products are lovely and local (great shampoo).
