Amazing location in the middle of the vineyard. The owners were very friendly and available for anything we need. The POD is cosy and has all the amenities that you need. Just visit the grocery store and cook your perfect dinner, whilst enjoying the sunset and the stars. There was a strong wind when we stayed (for which the owners pre-informed us 1 day prior to our arrival; so we are aware of the situation) Despite that we felt safe and still had an amazing time.

The hot tub in the vineyard is priceless. Sheep all around. We were lucky to be invited to see the Shepard and his dogs in action. Great experience. Completely alone during the night. They provide you with their wine (excellent but obviously at payment) and with a good breakfast. You can have wine tasting during the opening hour. Very romantic place.

Stunning views of the vineyard Very friendly staff and hosts! The sourdough bread for breakfast was absolutely delicious. Bikes provided that allow you to discover neighbouring vineyards on your bike. Very quiet and peaceful in the evening.

My kids and I just wanted a change of scene, and to visit Motunau beach. The property was very beautiful, the whole converted barn being ours for the 2 days. Full of old curiosities-record player-with records (my 13 year old was enchanted), My 11year old facinated with the old weaponry😂 It was like a museum! The indoor spa was wonderful, and the outdoor pool was great. It’s a very unique building, and was very fun for the kids -and for me- to stay at. A large private lawn had my kids doing time trials, and races, after their swim. Wonderful to have them so active and away from devices. Like being transported back-to a better time.

Quiet location, cute compact accommodation, lovely bedding, with everything and more that we needed. Highlight was falling asleep in the inbuilt outdoor enamel baths out on the deck, that warmly held the heat even with a cool evening breeze blowing through, highly recommend this, was very pretty with the fairy lights and the added shower curtain for privacy was appreciated (needed as other quests staying in another onsite accommodation in the same section). Many very thoughtful touches throughout the cottage added to the warm welcome of our stay. The hosts love and enjoyment of the cottage shined through.
