Dansey's Pass Holiday Park was such a great surprise for us. It is such a beautiful spot. We had the cabin that was next to the river and the sound of the water burbling along was lovely. We were also amazed to find deep water holes on the other side of the property - the kids loved skimming stones. We can't wait to go back for a week next time. The fire in our cabin just made the trip perfect! Especially in the rainy day.

Incredible nice little house with everything you need, decorated with great detail and you can feel the effort and passion that goes into making sure that the guests have a nice stay. We met the pet lambs and the chicken, the house has everything you need and the surroundings are just great.

The place is beautiful and relaxing. I the middle of nowhere. Really enjoyed the facilities, Tim brought us a bread that he made himself just took it from the oven. Amazing. Would like to stay more time

The property was absolutely amazing .i have never been in such a building .As I was the only guest I was able to look at all the rooms which was fascinating .Breakfast was very nice in the very imposing dining room . The on suite was quirky with feels of Narnia .

Firstly the host Rosie was exceptional. One of us left a book behind and the next day, with no fuss made, she posted it home. The cottage was absolutely spotless and the facilities just great. Beautiful cotton sheets etc. A new gas bottle was installed if we wanted to bbq. We were given fresh farm eggs and we were given extras and THE best toilet paper in the toilet!! Extra toiletries in the bathroom if they were needed. I left my toothbrush at home and found a new one in the “extras” drawer. The setting was idyllic if you wanted the quiet of the country and it was just a short drive to Oamaru. Thank you Rosie and Kerry.
