Lovely place. Accommodated my family of 5 comfortably. Awesome location - the beach and the pub are within 2 minutes walk. Clean as. Nice coffee. All round great place to stay.

Amazing location and view. Modern with every amenity. Appreciated the light breakfast/fruit and coffee as only one restaurant in town and not opening until noon. So relaxing with the ocean views,smells and sounds. Lovely beach walk.

Extremely clean. Kitchen was fully stocked (pots, bowls, plates, glasses, mugs, silverware, other utensils, and a full range of appliances and cleaning supplies). Heater worked well. Beds and couches were very comfortable. Bathroom was great. And the views of the ocean from both the living room and the main bedroom were nothing short of stupendous.

Jenny kindly offered us some home reared bacon and home grown heritage tomatoes - a real bonus - we cooked them up in our little kitchenette and made the most delicious bacon and tomato butties - which we ate in the garden overlooking the sea - just fabulous

The view is fantastic. The ocean is just out the sliding door and across the road. The road is not heavily traveled, so there is no excessive noise. The bed was probably the best one we have had since coming to New Zealand. I also appreciate that the host told us about several things to do in the local area and set us up for a lot of good excursions.

What a beautiful, quiet and serene spot this is. Comfy and very clean. Owners were so helpful when we were let down by another accommodation, and let us book in a day early. Sea lions on the beach were a lovely bonus. The best place on the South island to just wind down and relax.
