The hotel was very well located in Taupo, and we had a great view from our room. The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful, and they did a very nice gesture for us when we told them we were there as part of our honeymoon. The breakfast was great with a lot of options, and the food was very good at diner as well.

Beautiful hotel - right on the lake. Very friendly welcome from Filomena, Wendy and Sudhi. Our room was gorgeous! Bright and spacious with a fabulous balcony overlooking the Lake. Nice pool. Breakfast was delicious - we had a table in the window which was stunning and were looked after SO well by lovely Smita and Rina. Thank you all very much for making it such a special time.

Lillian was an amazing host! We were catching the inter-city bus the day we checked out and she even dropped us at the bus stop which was incredibly thoughtful. The studio was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved the walk along the lakeside into town. It takes around 45mins but the views are incredible. We had all the amenities we required for the couple of nights we were there. I could not recommend this place enough if you are visiting Taupo.

We visited Taupo for the Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge.

We visited Taupo for the Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge. Our first time in Taupo and did not have enough time to visit all the beautiful places in and around Taupo. However, cycling around the lake gave us a great view of the place and it definitely worthwhile for anyone who loves nature. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful when we needed so directions. Jip, you should go there.

A great meeting point in the middle of the North Island with...

A great meeting point in the middle of the North Island with plenty to do in the region. From adventure sports, shopping, long beautiful scenic walks and bike rides, there is something for everyone. Great cafes to choose from and my favourite is Kefi for breakfast or lunch. Nice gallery shops also.

I've been to Taupo many times. So much to do there.

I've been to Taupo many times. So much to do there. Lots of family activities such as hot pools, mini golf, bungy jumping, Huka Falls and so much more. Beautiful area with magnificent views of the lake and mountains. Very picturesque district!

Taupo is a beautiful location and a great place to spend a few days. There are lots of things for visitors to do, or you can just chill out at the lakeshore and soak up the beautifully tranquil scenery. It really is my favourite place in the North Island and I always make a point of spending some time there whenever I am in New Zealand.

The lake is beautiful, especially the sunsets.

The lake is beautiful, especially the sunsets. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from. Easy to get to Huka Falls and craters of the Moon. It was great to see snow atop one of the peaks at Tongarirro N.P. from the Huka Falls lookout.

Taupo aesthetically is a beautiful place to do all sorts of things. shopping sightseeing boating and more. enjoyed eating at Finn’s great food and service and also eating at Texas Pete’s Barbacue was yummy with good service

We had a 1 bedroom unit with a private courtyard and pool access. This was very spacious and well appointed in all respects. Having stayed in Taupo on many occasions over a fifty year period, this rates at the top by far for us. Easy access,secure basement parking,and a lift to all levels ticked all the boxes .The front desk could not have been more helpful, so in all an easy place to return in future. Our usual service could not accommodate us on this trip, lucky for us to find sacred waters ,and a cheaper tariff too!

Everything from customer service, room service, the room with a sofa double bed, and a single wall bed in lounge that was awesome for the 3 moko. Double comfortable bed/room with heaps of pillows n cushions. Roomy bathroom toilet. Walking distance to Taupos lake front and shopping centre. What makes this place different to other motels is the gates to enter/exit. Makes you feel safe. Will be back again.

We had a great stay. Very comfortable facilities and I loved the fact that it was so quiet but walking distance to cafe,, restaurants and the lake. Highly recommend - the best motel I've stayed in in Taupō.
