An absolute gem! We booked at the spare of the moment as we were passing through and couldn't be happier with the choice. Accommodation is in an old farmhouse, with lots of memorabilia and antiques. But what make it special are the owners , Sue and David, hospitality. Dinner, cooked by Sue, was delicious. I highly recommend you dine there. Great conversation, great company. The location is also spectacular!

A remarkable place. Decked out in old fashioned furniture and implements taking you back to the old days. Worth reading Marston - a wonderful history on the family who are the owners.

Amazing wood cabin! The whole area is very beautiful! Great scenery with animals, such as ponies, goats, sheep, and alpacas nearby. A great place to rest and enjoy the view. There is a pub in a 5 minute drive where you can enjoy your drinks and a nice meal. The cabin is clean and had all we needed for a 1 night stay.

This older farmhouse is spacious, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The hosts provided complementary local produce, which felt very welcoming. There was plenty of room for family members to park. The rural outlook and views of the Rangititkei cliffs contributed to a relaxing stay. The location was perfect for outdoor activities in and around Mangaweka.
